Workshop Dinner
All EUVIP participants are invited to attend the dinner at the traditional Portuguese food restaurant Tacho do Pescador, Parque das Nações, Lisboa.
The restaurant is situated a few meters away from the Tagus river, in a prime location in the middle of Parque das Nações. Many nearby constructions have an oceanic theme, such as water volcanoes erupting, wave-shaped benches, exotic greenery and public art by Portuguese and international artists. Close by, you can also view the twin towers São Gabriel and São Rafael, which resemble ships and are named after two vessels of the Portuguese explorer Vasco da Gama, the Atlantic Pavilion / Altice Arena (concert arena), which is shaped like an upturned ship, and the fantastic Portugal Pavilion known for its remarkable undulating roof.
